We’ve all been through getting late briefs, cracking difficult pitches, pulling all-nighters, working on campaigns and what not. Does that mean we need a break to discover something that people call inner peace? Well, they say that yoga is the way to discover inner peace. If at all that is true, we’ve been doing that all this while. This #InternationalYogaDay, let’s look at how we’ve been practicing Yoga for so long without even knowing it.
