Create PR opportunities for the brand’s in-content advertising (ICA) campaign.

Client Brief

Leveling up from a traditional ad campaign, an in-content advertising campaign on leading channels was used for a lasting impression. Curating a strong PR strategy to highlight this multi-channel campaign was the requirement here.

Objective:

Promoting the unique in-content advertising campaign within relevant media to help it reach the fitting audience was at the forefront of the PR plan.

Execution: :

A campaign-focused press release was framed to capture this novel ICA approach and to highlight the reach & visibility it received.

PR phase 1: With great responses from the organic media, the PR plan was brought to fruition & it gathered coverage from multiple prominent media networks.

PR phase 2: Adapting the previous campaign to the upcoming festive season, a new campaign on a more diverse scale was launched by the brand. Another press release was drafted & circulated to promote the new campaign among major Advertising and Marketing (A&M) news networks.

 

Results:

• The initial campaign, which included 2 GECs, was featured in 12 prime A&M networks adding up to 2.5M+ monthly pageviews.

• The festive ICA campaign with 5 GECs, 2 Hindi movie channels, and 2 news channels, garnered a total of 1.3M+ monthly pageviews from 9 A&M media houses.
