Launch the brand in India, with increased conversations around alkaline water and the technology behind Kara Pure while also focusing on its health & environmental benefits.




Leveraging the past experience of digital brand launches, the agency with rigorous planning, ideation and research devised a PR strategy together with social media solutions that assisted in amplifying the brand’s presence. Considering the complexity to establish with a strong foot in the initial stage, Chimp&z Inc planned the brand launch in a way that published the concept of air-to-water in prime cities of India. This was achieved with a crystal focus on the new technology and the features it brings to the table.




After analyzing the brief, Chimp&z Inc formulated a strategy #DiscoverAirWater, with an aim to pique curiosity in the minds of the target audience across all platforms. Based on extensive research, social media communication was divided into four content planks: #KaraAnswers, #KaraScience, #HealthyWater, and #PlugIntoNature. All the digital creatives reflect the premium quality of the brand and its sophisticated nature. The social media campaign was bolstered by an email marketing strategy tailored for each stage of the consumer journey. Furthermore, the landing page for Kara Water was specially designed by the digital agency to capture all new leads as well as highlight the USPs of Kara Pure. The campaign was launched on three platforms: Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. It began with an awareness campaign and was followed by a lower-funnel objective, namely a conversion campaign with interest-based targeting. The prime target group for this performance campaign was an upper-class audience between the age of 32-55 from Mumbai City (MMR), the early technology adopters, and professionals at management positions. As part of the PR mandate, the brand’s India launch was covered by eminent media houses such as India Today, Financial Express, Mid-Day, Yourstory, and more. The paid media further enabled the reduction of CPL cost by 45% with a 15% conversion rate. In all, the digital launch of Kara Water in India garnered a total reach of 988K and an impression of 5.1M across Facebook, Google, Instagram, and LinkedIn creating a significant impact on the sales numbers.
